At Pacific Elite Collision Centers, the health and well-being of our customers and teammates is our top priority. As COVID-19 continues to impact families and homes across the world, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep our customers and teams safe.
Like you, we are closely monitoring this evolving situation and we are following all precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and public officials.
At this time, Pacific Elite Collision Centers is here to serve all of your collision repair needs – whether in one of our locations, online, utilizing our curb-side drop off service or pickup/delivery service from your home. Out of an abundance of caution, we, like many other service organizations, have implemented several measures to protect the well-being of our customers and our teammates at our locations.
· We will be offering curb-side drop off and pick-ups for customers that do not wish to enter our facility. One Pacific Elite Collision Centers team member will meet you at your vehicle to handle all repair authorizations or pick-up transactions.
· Our team is ready and willing to set up a pick-up or delivery of your vehicle to and from your home.
· Pacific Elite Collision Centers team members will practice social distancing in all customer and team member interactions and will greet customers without shaking hands. We will also encourage all customers and team members to frequently wash hands throughout the day to contain the spread of germs.
